"Totally got pulled into the story"
The story pulled us in fast and it felt like we were right there in the middle of everything. These kinds of plots always make the whole night more fun, and this one definitely did that for us

"Kind of a letdown, mostly because of the materials"
I wanted to like this because the overall idea seemed fun, and we actually set it up on a rainy Saturday night when we were planning to just stay in anyway. But the materials really dragged the whole thing down. Some of the pages looked cheaply printed, and a few clues were harder to read than they should’ve been. After a while, we were more irritated than excited, which is never a good sign for a game. We ended up giving up before finishing, it didn’t feel worth what we paid.

"Doesn't feel like fair value for the price"
I wanted to like this more, and to be fair, the game itself is okay. But for what it costs, I just don’t think there’s enough here to justify the price. I don’t mind paying for a good game, but the value should feel reasonable, and this one left me feeling like I overpaid. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was heavily discounted...

"Only get this if you’re okay with the quality lol"
The puzzle quality just wasn’t great for me. It didn’t feel sturdy enough, so I was a bit disappointed lol.

"Not the best choice if you’re going with kids"
Just a heads up for other families, we booked this thinking it would be a fun thing to do together, but it really didn’t land for us. The kids got bored quickly, and a few parts felt like they were aimed more at adults than families. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as family-friendly as we expected. I wouldn’t book it again with kids.

"Clear instructions and easy to follow"
We were really grateful for how clear the instructions were, since it meant we could get started quickly without too much fuss. There were a couple of moments where we had to pause and reread something, but nothing that really got in the way.
Overall, it was easy to understand and worked really well for a home game. I’d happily recommend it, and I’d give it 5 stars if one or two of the clue explanations were just a little more obvious

"Fun the first time, but that was it"
I got this for a family night it was fun once. But once you’ve gone through it and know the answers, there’s really no reason to play again. It just felt like we used it one time and that was it, which made it feel like the money was basically gone after one night.

"Difficulty was kind of all over the place!!!"
We tried one of the home games the difficulty felt frustrating!!! Some clues were way too easy, and then others just made no sense to us without using hints!!! It didn’t feel very balanced overall. Maybe we just picked the wrong one, but by the end, we weren’t really having that much fun!!!

"Ended Up More Disappointed Than I Expected"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t click for us. At first I thought maybe it just needed a little time to get going, but the more we tried, the more bored we got. It felt dull and kind of hard to get into, and there wasn’t much that made us want to keep going. After a while, it became frustrating because we kept waiting for it to get better and it never really did. Maybe it works for other people, but for us it was a letdown

"I liked the games overall they’re fun to..."
I liked the games overall they’re fun to play but the themes started to feel kind of samey after a bit. Would be nice to have more variety to keep it fresh.

"Delivery was way too slow"
My order took much longer to arrive than I expected, and there weren’t many updates along the way. When I tried to get more info, it felt like I just kept getting the same policy-type excuse instead of an actual answer. I get that delays happen, but it was frustrating feeling like I was just waiting around with no real idea of when it would show up.

"Super easy to get going"
I was expecting the setup to take longer, because these things usually turn into a whole little project, but nope. We got it up and running fast. The instructions made sense, I only had to double-check one or two things, and then suddenly we were already playing. Kind of forgot we’d even been setting it up, which is probably the best sign. Always nice when something just works the first time.
